Yoo jungho Dr. Yoo is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin - Madison where he got his Ph.d (Economics) in 1978. He is currently the Vice-President of the Korea Development Insititute (KDI) From 1978 to 1981, he is Assistant Professor of Economics at Wheaton College, Massachusetts. He joins the Korea Development Institute in 1981. In 1993-1994, he is Senor Counsellor to the Deputy Prime Minister (in charge of Economic Affairs). | |||
