Yen Wan Ching Yen Wan Ching was born in 1965 in Taiwan. He graduated in Law from the National Cheng-chi University and got a master dregree in 1982 in Kyoto University, Japan, on “shipping responsibility for Bill of Landing on the Sea”. He served as Ombudsman for the Straits Exchange Foundation (SEF) from 1997 to 2000. He held the position of Director of the Department of the Chinese Affairs of the Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) from 1998 to June 2000. From June 2000, Mr Yen is Deputy Secretary-general of the SEF, and Lecturer at the Department of Law, Shih-Shin University. | |||
