Wang Guiwu. Wang Guiwu is a senior economist. He was a class-mate of current Prime Minister Zhu Rongji. He retired from the civil service in 1991. His last posting was as Director of circulation at the State Commission for Restructuring the Economic Systems. He is currently Director of China Society for research on restructuring the Economic systems and Chairman of the China Reform Forum, an association of scholars and economists. | |||
