Park Hong Kyoo Park Hong Kyoo is a Professor at the Institute of Foreign Affairs and National Security of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade of the Republic of Korea. He was born on Sept 1, 1944 in Seoul. He graduated from Seoul University with a Master in International Relations (1970). Then he went to the University of Cincinnati (USA) where he got a PhD in Political Science (1975) and a PhD in Political Science (1982). He started teaching at the Seoul University in 1969 and was a lecturer at the University of Cincinnati (1975-1979). In 1983, he became Assistant Professor at the Institute of Foreign Affairs and Security. | |||
