Kim Tong Je Kim Tong Jehas been appointed Senior Researcher at the Institute for Disarmament and Peace of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) in 1990. Kim Tong Je graduated from the Kim Il Sung University in 1975. He then joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. In 1976 he is appointed Secretary of the DPRK Embassy in Cameroon. In 1978, he is back at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Pyongyang. In 1986, he is appointed Secretary of the Paris Mission (France). | |||
